Network Guidelines
A global local-experience community where local hosts and travelers connect naturally
1. Who We Are
Yes! Oppa is a community that connects local hosts across countries with travelers from abroad in a natural, low-pressure way.
Rather than a formal tour-guide service, we aim to be a local network where you experience the everyday life, atmosphere, and lifestyle of a place alongside someone who actually lives there.
Hosts participate in whatever way suits them. Some share content on social media, some introduce cafés, restaurants, and neighborhood culture, and some meet travelers in person for coffee or a meal.
Yes! Oppa is meant to feel like a flexible, relaxed, globally-minded host network — not a rigid organization.
2. How Regions Are Run
Hosts participate based on the region they are active in — Seoul, Busan, Jeju, Bangkok, Chiang Mai, and so on.
This is not a service that generates immediate income, so you can participate freely without obligations.
The long-term goal is to grow into a community that creates new opportunities and additional income potential for hosts.
When a traveler reaches out, you can participate within whatever range suits you — online conversation, simple local recommendations, an in-person meetup, etc.
Some activities may be run as paid matching; details are shared separately when relevant.
3. What Hosts / Influencers Do
Hosts introduce their region and its atmosphere to travelers in a natural way.
The format is flexible, but the following are encouraged:
- Sharing local vibes and culture
- Short videos of neighborhood cafés, restaurants, streets
- Instagram Reels / Stories
- Cross-posting between your Instagram and Yes! Oppa Instagram
- Resharing Yes! Oppa content
- Travel-related online chats and local recommendations
- Casual local meetups — coffee, meals, walks
※ You do not have to appear on camera. Short, natural local-vibe clips are plenty.
4. What Yes! Oppa Supports
Yes! Oppa supports hosts so they can be active comfortably, along the following directions:
- Traveler connection and matching support
- Reshare and exposure of host content on our channels
- Reels / content editing support (partial)
- Global community and networking connections
- Building regional host networks
- Developing long-term monetization structures
- Sharing expansion opportunities into new countries and cities
We are an early-stage community; everything runs freely and flexibly.
The goal is to build a global local network that creates positive experiences and opportunities for both travelers and local hosts.
